Whether you need to discuss your tariff or are interested in becoming a customer for the first time, there are multiple ways to contact Engie UK.

Should you wish to contact Engie online, you can do so through email, online form, or social media. However, it should be noted that at the time of writing it doesn’t currently have an online chat feature on its own website.

If you need to discuss something more specific, you may be better off either calling the Engie contact number or sending an email.

General Enquiries

If you are an exisiting Engie business customer with a query about your latest bill or meter reading, your first port of call should be the Engie customer service line on 0800 139 3600

The Engie contact number is free to call, with lines open Monday to Thursday from 10am to 5pm and Fridays 9.30am until 4.30pm. Lines are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
