Green Network Energy login: getting set up

The following information was valid at the time of Green Network Energy’s closure and has been left un-edited to serve for reference purposes only. For more information for customers that were with this supplier, please contact EDF Energy.

Locating your Green Network Energy login on its website is easy enough. In the top right corner, you’ll see an image of a lock with ‘My Account’ written next to it. Click on that and you’re good to go!

If you haven’t yet registered your account, you’re going to do that first. This should only take a matter of minutes and is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Create your Green Network Energy login using your account number and postcode of the address of the property.
  2. Create a memorable yet secure password - we suggest a combination of numbers and both uppercase and lowercase letters. If you can throw in the odd special character, such as an exclamation mark, all the better!
  3. Click ‘create account’.

You will receive an email with a link to a verification page. Click this link and you’re all done setting up! If you didn’t receive your verification email, take a look in your junk or spam folders first before hitting that resend button!

Once you’re done registering for your Green Network Energy login, just enter the email address you registered with and the password you created.

It may take a little while to validate your meter reading, so don’t fret if it doesn’t show up immediately. Once Green Network Energy has validated it, you will find it under the ‘Meter readings’ tab on the left side of the portal.

3. Manage your account details

From here you can update your personal details, email address, telephone number and password. You can also add any declared disabilities or vulnerabilities and a secondary contact, if applicable.

4. See your tariff details

By clicking on the ‘My Tariff’ tab, you can find your tariff type, account number, payment method, extra charges and any other relevant information.
