Honestly if there was a minus rating I’d give it. Absolute worst shower of incompetents I’ve ever encountered. Do not go near them. Just had a debt collection agency contact me today re outstanding balance on final bill of £28.35. Outstanding as in they actually owe me £28.35 and have the stupidity to report it for recovery. Add to that direct debits taken weekly instead of monthly, farce after farce after farce. Take a look at the complaints support group on Facebook and don’t touch. No matter how cheap they are.

I can see no reason not to give 5stars .. this seems like a drowned provider which makes the data visible. Their site has been dodgy for a week after an update and maybe that's the reason for bad reviews here.They seem to be on my side.

Utter, utter rubbish. The second company in a row not to resolve my broken meter. I’ve had to chase them up numerous times, resending evidence of the problem and when they do bother to respond it’s with empty assurances that they’ll do something. And all the while the estimated bills go up. ‘Together’? They don’t even have their basic act together.

0 rating Avoid!!!!! Customer service is disgusting Management is beyond poor Complaints department beyond poor Stated I would get a refund never arrived and now stating meter reading in summer were wrong yet no notification from them at all it's only since complaint went in that all of a sudden meter reading error. They increased my monthly direct debit when on fix time which doubled £141 they wanted a month. Tried on a number of occasions to contact them regarding the increase to which unable to contact them, contacted them via email no response at all Supply my old address in my name despite informing them, issues still not resolved despite going through resolver and now it's been escalate to ombudsman it's been over 2 months.

They are appalling. I was switched to them without my agreement. They hold credit of over £2000 which they do not refund and do not answer emails, etc. Not to be trusted, to say the least. They ask for meter readings and then 3 months later say they are not current, so send another. I have been trying to obtain refund for about 2 years now. They just do not respond. Awful, do NOT use
