Tonik Energy Login: Make sure you can access your account
As a 100% green energy supplier, Tonik Energy bills are all digital, which means customers need to sign in to their online account to view and pay their energy bills. Tonik Energy Login: how to log in to your online account
Logging in to your online Tonik account is really simple and easy! Even if you are by no means tech-savvy, you should have no problems with your Tonik Energy customer login. Let’s go through the process step by step.Access the login page - The first step is to get onto the Tonik Energy login page. There are two ways to do this:
- If you type Tonik Energy into Google (or whichever search engine you use), Tonik Energy: The UK’s 100% Green & Renewable Energy Supplier should be the first result. Click on this and you will be taken to the provider's homepage. In the top left hand corner of this page, it says Login. Click this and you will arrive on the login page.
- Alternatively, if you type Tonik Space Account into google (or whichever search engine you use), Tonik Space - Tonik Energy should be the first result. Click on this and you will be taken straight to the login page.
If you want to log in right now, you can click here to access the Tonik Energy Login page. To make things a bit easier in the future, save this page in your favourites bar so you always have it handy.Enter your email and password - When you are on the Tonik Energy login page, you need to enter the email address and password that are associated with your Tonik my account, in other words, the email address you used to sign up and the password you set when you registered your account.
In the box where it says email@example.com, enter your email address. In the box where it says your password, enter your password.Login - With your email address and password entered, click the little white circle in the purple rectangle that is underneath ‘Don’t remember your password?’. You will be logged in to your Tonik Space Account. It’s really that easy!

Login not working
If your Tonik Energy login is not working after following the instructions outlined above, try entering your email address and password again as you may have written them slightly wrong. Remember passwords are case sensitive! Login problems - forgotten password and email
Tonik Energy login problems can include a forgotten password or forgotten email address. Luckily, both problems are easy to fix!
If you have forgotten your Tonik sign in password, you can reset it quickly and completely hassle free. Here’s how you do it:
- Access the Tonik Energy login page via one of the two methods outlined above.
- Click Don’t remember your password?
- You will be asked to enter the email address that is associated with your Tonik Space Account.
- Click the little white circle in the purple rectangle and the supplier will send you an email, through which you can reset your password.
We are told we should use a different password for every online account we have, but this means we end up with loads of passwords and remembering all of them can be impossible! The best way to keep track of your passwords is to use a password manager. These nifty apps can store all of your usernames and passwords so you don’t need to worry.
The likelihood of forgetting your login email address is quite unlikely. If you have more than one personal email address, it will probably be the one you use most often. However, if you do encounter this Tonik Energy customer login problem, you will need to contact the provider's customer service.

Tonik energy sign in with social media
Unlike a lot of energy suppliers, the Tonik Energy sign in process can be completed via both Facebook and Twitter.
1. How do I log in via Facebook?
To log in to your account via Facebook, go to the mainTonik Energy login page. Underneath the normal login box, you will find a dark blue rectangle with a little facebook icon on it’s right hand side. In the box it says, Log In With Facebook. Click this box and you will be redirected to Facebook’s login page. Here you need to enter the email address and password you use for facebook and you will be logged in.
2. Tonik energy customer login via Twitter
Signing in to your Tonik my account via Twitter is exactly the same as logging in via facebook. On the Tonik customer login page, there is a light blue rectangular box with a twitter icon on its right hand side. In the box it says, Log In With Twitter. CLick this box and you will be redirected to Twitter’s login page. Enter your Twitter username/email address and password and you will be logged in.
How to set up my account
Registering your Tonik account (known as a Tonik Space Account) takes place during the 3 week switching process. When you have decided that you want to switch to Tonik Energy and have signed up for your chosen tariff, you will receive an email (roughly 5 days before you switch over) that contains your Tonik Space Account login details and a link to register the account.
Click the link, log in with the details given to you, follow the instructions to set up your account and that’s that: your Tonik Space Account is up and running!
What is a Tonik Space account?
So now you know how to set up and log in to your Tonik Energy account…but what is it exactly? Your Tonik Space Account is an online personal account you get when you sign up for any of the provider's tariffs.
Sticking to their green name, Tonik does not send any paper bills or statements to your house. Instead, you can see all of your statements (monthly and annual) on your Tonik Space account. Here you can also edit your personal details and change your bank account details if needed. Basically it’s the place where you manage anything to do with your account and energy tariff:
- enter your meter readings.
- make your payments.
- handle the renewal of your tariff.
- manage any account credit you acquire.
Unortunatley, there is no Tonik Energy app to manage your energy account. The Tonik Space Account is only available online via the provider's website. Having said that, the website is mobile friendly, meaning you can easily login to your Tonik Energy account from your mobile if you wish.
