Allianz insurance offers so many different types of insurance policies, it’s hard to know which number to ring for your specific query. To make matters that little bit more tricky, Allianz’s partnership with LV means that car and home insurance policies are changing, leaving customers with lots of burning questions. We have broken down all the Allianz insurance contact numbers you need to get the right person at the end of the line. Read on to find the Allianz contact details for you policy.

When do you need the Allianz contact details?

If you are interested in taking out home or car insurance, do not bother contacting Allianz insurance! Since December 2017 (when Allianz embarked on its joint venture with LV insurance), the insurer has not been offering any new car and home insurance policies, or any renewals. This means you cannot get a quote for a ‘Allianz’ car or home insurance policy, cannot take out a new policy and cannot renew your existing policy.

Allianz is now helping to create the home and car policies offered by LV. If you would like to take out LV car or home insurance, head to one of Selectra’s LV insurance guides to find out more about the company and their policies.

Want to get a quote from LV or talk to someone about their policies, head to our LV contact guide to find out how to get in touch.

If you are an existing Allianz customer for any type of insurance policy: home, car, musical, pet etc. you will need to contact Allianz to manage your policy, make a claim or issue a complaint.

Did you buy your Allianz home insurance through a broker?

If you bought your home insurance policy through a broker or intermediary, all the Allianz contact details are the same as the car insurance contact details mentioned above. So you don’t have to scroll up and read them all again, here’s a little summary for you.

To make a claim:

  • Call: 0370 608 7012 (operates 24/7 for new claims and Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm to follow up on a claim)
