What this document is

‘Climate Change Reconsidered’ is described on its own front matter as the 2009 report of the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC). Its lead authors are Craig Idso and S. Fred Singer, with a long list of contributors and reviewers from several countries, and it was edited by Joseph L. Bast and Diane Carol Bast.

The NIPCC was set up as a body separate from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and this report presents conclusions that dissent from the mainstream scientific consensus reflected in the IPCC’s assessments. We host it here only so that external links resolve; it is a neutral archive entry, not an endorsement of its findings.

For the scientific mainstream position, readers should also consult the IPCC assessment reports and other peer-reviewed sources.
