Produced by IPCC Working Group II, this summary sets out the panel’s agreed conclusions on the impacts of climate change and the potential to adapt to them. It concerns the sensitivity, adaptive capacity and vulnerability of natural and human systems, and the potential consequences of climate change.

As an IPCC ‘Summary for Policymakers’, its text is agreed formally by the panel, and it draws on the work of a large international team of drafting authors listed at the front of the document.
