What this document is
This is the report Safe Upper Levels for Vitamins and Minerals, dated May 2003 and produced by the Expert Group on Vitamins and Minerals (EVM). It opens with a foreword, an executive summary and introductory chapters that explain the background to the group, its methods and the general principles it used to assess micronutrients.
