Who is Sky Mobile?

Sky Mobile is the consumer mobile arm of Sky UK, launched in 2017 as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator riding on the O2 network. It targets households that already have Sky TV or Sky broadband, with bundle discounts and single-bill convenience.

Sky UK is owned by Comcast (acquired in 2018) and operates the largest pay-TV business in the UK and Ireland. Sky Mobile sits inside the same My Sky account as broadband and TV, so it shows up on one consolidated bill.

Sky Mobile is regulated by Ofcom. Complaint handling falls under the Ombudsman Services: Communications scheme.
