The person who assisted was incredibly helpful and my issue was resolved quickly. He also asked lots of open questions and asked about interests so as to make the matter more engaging and conversational which I really appreciated. I have been so impressed with EEs customer service that I moved over from Virgin Media for EE to do our home broadband as well as our mobile phone contracts because they guaranteed us better service and pricing, and they delivered. They also reduced my phone bill plan and gave a free upgrade to another model when I complained about my contracts price after it had ended its 24 month period. As per usual, amazing customer service.
Very pleased with the service given by EE. My landline went faulty and broadband was slow. I contacted EE ( Danielle) who organised an engineer to call next day. He came on time (Steve) and found the faulty connection after 2 hours. Corrected it and also fitted a new main socket in my home (the other one was 45yrs old/ ancient). All back and working perfectly. Very impressed indeed.
Had a fault on broadband. Was so easy to get through and talk to someone. They sent openreach out but fault still there Informed them and had reply within 10 mins. V apologetic and they are trying to fix it now. It's great to have such friendly customer service. Best we have ever had.
Negative EE Broadband Reviews
Negative EE Broadband reviews from dissatisfied customers noted issues when signing up and getting broadband installed at their homes. In particular, unhappy customers believe they were lied to by EE Broadband and lured into renewals based on false promises.
Terrible provider and con you into false promise contracts. Went to cancel my contact as it was for renewal, ee aren’t even close to competitive prices so I was leaving. They persuaded me to stay as they’d match my new offer only to realise they’ve not matched it but included my Broadband add on as part of my contact. Now my broadband has ended (as ee aren’t competitive with that either ) I’m stuck with a 2 year contract without any data.
What can I say. Another disappointment from EE. thought I will give them another go after speaking with great seller in my local shop. Upgraded my broadband. Got the date to install device. The seller done the job and booked the engineers to come over on my day off to install device. Couple of days later email, day was moved and the time frame wasn’t even what I have asked for, called customer service nothing can be done apparently. They can change a date but it will be a couple off weeks waiting. To me it’s a joke. I really got no idea how come EE went so bad as the company. Only thought I’ve got is, the company so big and don’t care about customers. Good job I have 14 days to change my mind.
Nothing but issues with my EE broadband. Stupidly renewed for a second year after having the sales pitch. I should have gone with my gut and cancelled! Internet is always dropping out of signal, the router is always flashing as its disconnected. Absolutely shambolic!
EE Fibre Broadband Review
Customers that left an EE Fibre Broadband review were mostly dissatisfied with getting started with EE, with one customer being charged for a service that hadn’t even been installed, whilst another customer pointed out that moving home with EE has been “extremely difficult”.
On the other hand, happy customers appeared shocked at the number of one-star reviews left on the site and commented that these negative EE Broadband reviews might be fake - though this is unlikely as Trustpilot have strict protocols in place to safeguard against fake reviews on the site.
Tried to upgrade my fibre, but they kept making appointments then telling me I didn't have appointments even though they made them!
They are now just out right ignoring me now even though I'm paying for fibre they are not supplying
Disrespectful and useless is how I would describe EE customer support.
Their fiber broadband is just excellent. Made a move from pathetic Three. Customer service is impressive and they actually do what they say they’ll do. Keep it up EE. Brilliant service.
Waste of money every month I’m paying £37 for fiber it’s very slow every day same problem the internet doesn’t work don’t get ee.
EE Mobile Broadband Review
Of the many customers who wrote an EE Mobile Broadband review, the consensus appears to be yet again negative. The main issue faced by customers is regarding connectivity problems that go unsolved, with one customer unable to get online despite being told he was in an area with the strongest Network Coverage at the time of joining.
However, one happy customer reported that he had been able to get back online after running out of mobile broadband early by contacting EE via its Twitter account with the agent helping him to activate a pack.
I've had 4G mobile broadband for 4 months, and i think I've had 2 months of straight working internet. constantly switching it off due to mast problems, fluctuating internet speeds from 80mbps to 0.01mbps, ping 50 to 2000ms. turning it off during work hours so i cant work from home, setting me up on a lock in contract when i wasn't on one to start with and lying about it. terrible customer service, the list goes on and on. I will never for the rest of my life use this company, i will also strongly discourage my friends and family to boycott this fraudulent company at all costs! The cheek of them to even ask for money.
If there’s one thing I regretted the most recently , it was when I allowed myself to be fooled. EE home mobile broadband- I was told that my post code has the biggest signal and I should get this mobile broadband for £50 a month unlimited.I can’t even connect to it.waited nearly an hour for customer services but still no connection. Open a case. And waiting game begins. Not good if you’re working at home. What a let down.
Had to contact EE via Twitter. I ran out of Mobile Broadband half way through the month. I purchased a new pack, but couldn't text NOW to 150 to start immediately.
