Out of the 10 solo-electricity variable tariffs that we compared, Co-operative Energy's 'Green Pioneer' turned out to be the 5th Cheapest, which is rather impressive for an all-renewable electricity tariff. It was just £38.24 per year behind British Gas's 'Standard' tariff, which was the cheapest. It also revealed an annual price difference of £52.67 in relation to Ovo Energy's 'Simpler Energy', which was the most expensive.

Fix & Fly October 2018 v2

Out of the 10 solo-electricity fixed tariffs that we compared, Co-operative Energy's 'Fix & Fly October 2018 v2' turned out to be the 2nd cheapest, only £21 per year more than Utility Warehouse's 'Double Gold Fixed 10', which was the cheapest. This, however, may happen to be much more cost efficient for many because of Utility Warehouse requiring customers to contract their Landline, Mobile and Broadband with them also. This tariff is a huge £158.65 cheaper annually than the most expensive, Ovo Energy's 'Greener Energy'.
