FAQ

My Virgin Media login questions, answered

What is a Virgin Media ID?

Your Virgin Media ID is the email address you registered with Virgin Media plus a password. The same ID gets you into My Virgin Media (your account hub for broadband, TV and Mobile), the My Virgin Media app and Virgin TV Go.

Why can't I sign in to My Virgin Media?

Three causes. (1) Wrong Virgin Media ID; try Forgotten ID if you changed email. (2) Wrong password; reset with Forgotten password. (3) Virgin Media outage; check the Virgin service-status page before assuming the problem is your account.

How do I activate Volt with my Virgin Mobile?

Two requirements: an active Virgin Media broadband line and an active Virgin Mobile SIM, both billed to the same Virgin Media ID. Once both are linked in My Virgin Media → Your products, Volt activates automatically on your next bill. Mobile data doubles, broadband speed boosts, and both bills come together.

How do I get my PAC code from Virgin Mobile?

Two routes. (1) Text PAC to 65075 from your Virgin SIM, free. Virgin replies within 60 seconds. (2) Sign in to My Virgin Media → Mobile → Leave Virgin Mobile. Give the PAC to your new network within 30 days; your number transfers in one working day.

Is My Virgin Media the same login as My EE or My BT?

No. My Virgin Media is for Virgin Media products (broadband, TV, landline, Virgin Mobile). My EE is for EE-branded mobile and broadband. My BT is for BT-branded products. Three separate logins, three separate companies, even though BT owns EE and Virgin Media is part of Virgin Media O2.
