What is the minimum Lycamobile top-up?

The minimum top-up is £5, which is also the cheapest National Plan (5 GB, 100 minutes, unlimited texts). Online and card top-ups go up in £5 increments, retail vouchers come in £5, £10, £15, £20 and £30. Credit on your SIM stays valid as long as you have at least one chargeable action every 6 months.

How long does a Lycamobile top-up take?

Card top-ups (online, app, or by phone on 322) land within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Voucher redemptions are activated when you call 322 and enter the 16-digit code. Text-based plan activations on 3535 reply with a free confirmation within seconds.

Can I top up Lycamobile from abroad?

Yes. Top up at lycamobile.co.uk or in the Lyca app from any device with internet, anywhere in the world. You can also call 322 over Wi-Fi calling if you have it enabled. Roaming customers in the EU can text 3535 from the Lyca SIM exactly as they would in the UK.

How do I check my Lycamobile balance?

Three free options. (1) Dial *131# from your Lyca SIM for a free balance pop-up. (2) Text BAL to 3333. (3) Sign in to your account at lycamobile.co.uk or in the My Lyca app: dashboard shows credit, plan remaining and plan expiry date.

How do I cancel Lyca auto top-up?

Sign in to your account at lycamobile.co.uk or in the app, go to Top up → Auto top-up and click Cancel. Your saved card is removed and no further automatic charges happen. There is no exit fee because there is no contract.
