Engie Login: How to Access Your Engie login
Customers of Engie can log in to their energy accounts to manage their bill payments, submit meter readings, and a whole lot more. If you’re new to the Engie login process, we’re here to take you through it step by step. Read on to find out how to make the most of the Engie online account service.
How do I access the Engie login page?
To log in to your Engie account, you will first need to access the Engie login page. There are two different ways to do this. Let's take a quick look at these different methods.
- Access the Engie login page directly - Type “Engie login” into your preferred search engine. Select the link that says “Log In | ENGIE”. This should be the first result. This is the quickest way to access your Engie log in.
- Access the Engie Business login page directly - Type “Engie business login” into your preferred search engine. Click the link that simply says “Login”. Again, this should be the first result you see.

How do I sign in to my Engie account?
It's very quick and simple to log in to your Engie account. Find out how to access your online account and manage your business energy in four easy steps:
- Access the Engie login page by following the steps in the previous section.
- Where it says “Username”, enter the username linked with your Engie customer account.
- Where it says “Password”, enter the password that is connected to your Engie customer account.
- When you've entered the username and password, click on the grey button that says “Log in”. You will then be directed to the online portal where you can manage your business energy account.
What if I've forgotten my Engie login password?
If you have forgotten your password to access your Engie login, it's very easy to request a new password. The best and quickest way to request a new password would be to go to your preferred search engine once again and type “Engie forgot password”. Select the option that says “Reset your password | ENGIE”.
You will then need to enter either your email address or the username that is connected to your Engie login and click the grey button that says “Submit”. Next, you should receive an email from Engie. Go to your email inbox and find the most recent email from Engie. The email will contain a link that will allow you to reset your password.
If you can't remember the username or email linked to your Engie customer account, we recommend that you get in contact with Engie directly.
How do I set up my Engie Login?
To register for your online account, go to the Engie registration page. You must already have an account with Engie in order to be able to register for the online portal.
You will only be able to register online if Engie supplies electricity to one single business premise. If your account covers multiple business premises, you will need to contact Engie directly to set up your online account.
If you do not need to contact Engie directly, you can proceed to create your online account using the link above. You will need the following details in order to complete the registration:
- Your email address
- Your account number
- Your business site postcode
Once you have submitted all the details above and the application has been successful, Engie will send you a welcome email. Simply read the welcome email and determine if any additional steps are required to complete your registration.
Does Engie have an app?
Unfortunately, Engie does not have an app where you can manage your online account. However, Engie does have an app that will allow you to find local charging points if you drive an electric vehicle.
The Engie e-mobility app will provide you with access to over 20,000 charging stations across Europe. If you drive an electric vehicle, this app will be a great help as not only does it give you the locations of the charging points, it also allows you to pay via PayPal on the app and display your transaction history.
