Valda Energy login: How do I set up my online account?

  1. Visit the Valda Energy website and click ‘login’ in the top right-hand corner of the page. This will take you to the Valda Energy login page. If you prefer to use the online portal on your smartphone instead, you can download the Valda Energy app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. At the login screen click ‘first time login - create an account’ at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter your email address and Valda Energy account ID.
  4. Next, you'll be asked to enter a verification code. This will be sent to the phone number associated with your account.
  5. Finally, you’ll be asked to create a password and, for app users, a 6-digit pin code to help you log in faster in the future.

Using your Valda Energy login details to access the customer portal is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the Valda Energy website and click ‘login' in the top right-hand corner of the page or open the Valda Energy app on your smartphone.
  2. Next, enter your Valda Energy login details, including the email address and password associated with your account. If you’re using the Valda Energy app, you can instead access your account using your pin code, Face ID or fingerprint, depending on your device’s settings.
  3. 3. Select the green ‘continue’ button.

    Renewable Fuel Mix

    Valda Energy has pledged to aid the fight against climate change by providing its business energy customers with 100% renewable electricity from sources such as wind power, solar and hydro. It also prioritises e-billing and online communication over traditional paper bills through the post.

    Having issues as a Valda Energy customer? File a formal complaint by following these steps:

    3. Should your issue go unresolved after eight weeks, you will receive a ‘deadlock’ letter from Valda Energy, outlining its proposed resolution and final decision about your complaint.
