Being fully informed about your mobile phone usage could help save you precious pounds as yno ou might find out that you’re paying too much for what you actually use! If you’re on O2, EE or Sky Mobile you’ll also have access to a similar app/portal.

Top up vouchers and in-store top up

Back when prepaid mobiles first came onto the market for the wider public there were no smartphone apps or online mobile recharge options - it was all about purchasing credit in store from a real human being. If stocking up on phone credit in person is still your thing thankfully this option still exists. So how does this work?

You can buy a top up voucher in any Vodafone store or from any shop with the TopUp sign. Once you’ve got your voucher you’ll need to activate it which you can do in one of the following ways:

  1. From your Vodafone mobile: If you have a voucher you can top up over the phone by dialing 2345 free from your phone OR Dial *#1345* then type in your TopUp voucher number, then # (for instance, *#1345*123456789123#)
  2. Jump onto your My Vodafone app and activate your voucher from there.
  3. Activate your voucher on the My Vodafone online portal.

Self service in-store top ups!You can top up in some Vodafone stores using a self service kiosk and your debit or credit card.
